Impression Liu Sanjie is one of China's most iconic outdoor performances, directed by internationally renowned filmmaker Zhang Yimou together with Wang Chaoge and Fan Yue. Set on the Li River in Yangshuo, the natural landscape becomes part of the stage, creating a breathtaking combination of mountains, water, lights, music, and local culture.

Unlike a traditional theater performance, the show takes place entirely outdoors against the spectacular karst mountains of Guilin. More than 600 local performers appear on the river, using bamboo rafts, fishing lights, traditional costumes, and folk music to bring the culture of the Li River to life.

Choose from several seating categories including B2, B1, A2, and A1, allowing you to select the viewing experience that best suits your preference and budget. Selected options also include hotel pickup and drop-off within Yangshuo, making it easy to enjoy the performance without arranging transportation yourself.

The performance normally begins in the evening and lasts approximately 70 minutes. Exact show times may vary depending on the season and theater schedule. Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance begins.
