Rafting in Black Drin River From Durres

A scenic full-day adventure from Durres combining Black Drin rafting, swimming, and nature exploration, followed by a relaxing return through the villages and landscapes of Shebenik National Park.
This day combines rafting, swimming, nature, and relax in one of Albania’s most scenic destinations.

You start our day driving from Durres to Black Drin rafting location. You will drive through impressive sections of the road going through Murrize tunnel deep cliffs and canyons. You will drive through Bulqize which was the center of mining industry during the communism period. Once you reach the starting point of the rafting activity you will receive the safety briefing by the rafting guides. Rafting in Black Drin is a calm and enjoyable route suitable for beginners. During the activity you make swimming stops, photo shooting and short nature walking in the nature to get the full experience and create memories that will stay with you for a long time.

Lunch can be packed lunch or organized in advance at a local restaurant.

Then you continue our road back to Durres via Shebenik National Park where you will be passing through multiple local small villages of Borove famous for the trout farms and Fushe-Stude where you can have a panoramic stop to relax your feet walking around the artificial lake and enjoy the untouched nature and breathtaking panoramas of the valleys and mountains around.
