Leave the city behind and head toward the sun-lit hills of the Thracian Lowlands for a hands-on wine experience at a boutique estate. This interactive workshop offers a deeper look into the world of wine, combining learning, tasting, and creativity in a relaxed countryside setting.
The experience begins with a guided introduction to the winemaking process, from grape to bottle, led by a local wine expert. Through simple tasting exercises and sensory activities, you will learn how to recognize aromas, flavors, and the characteristics that define different wines.
