2. Beng Mealea: The "Indiana Jones" Temple
Located about 65km from Siem Reap, this 12th-century temple remains largely unrestored. Enveloped by massive trees and thick vines, you’ll navigate over tumbled stones and wooden walkways to explore a site that feels like a genuine archaeological discovery.
3. Kampong Phluk Floating Village: Life on the Water
End your day at the stilted village of Kampong Phluk. Depending on the season, you will witness houses towering up to 10 meters on stilts or "floating" as the lake rises.
