Enjoy an authentic coffee experience 45 minutes from Medellín: learn about the coffee process, sample exotic fruits, and enjoy a traditional lunch on a traditional farm surrounded by nature.
Discover authentic Colombian coffee culture on this experience located just 45 minutes from Medellín, at a traditional farm surrounded by mountains, nature, and the landscapes of the Antioquia countryside.

Your experience begins with pick-up from your accommodation, or from a nearby location in the El Poblado or Laureles areas, where our transportation will take you to the coffee farm in comfort.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by local guides who will accompany you throughout the tour. To kick off the experience, visitors don a poncho and a traditional hat, enjoying the fun experience of becoming coffee farmers for a day.

During the tour, you will learn about the entire coffee-making process, from the tree to the cup. You will walk through the coffee plantations while learning about coffee cultivation, bean harvesting (depending on the season), pulping, drying, and roasting, and you will round off the experience with a tasting of freshly brewed Colombian coffee.

The experience also includes a tasting of Colombian exotic fruits, where you will have the chance to sample unique tropical flavors that represent the country's rich biodiversity.

During the tour, you will also learn about aspects of Antioquia's rural culture, including stories, traditions, and customs from Colombia's countryside.

To round off the experience, you will enjoy a typical Antioquian lunch, prepared with local ingredients and served in a natural setting on the farm.

At the end of the tour, you will receive an embroidered paisa poncho as a souvenir, a special keepsake that symbolizes Antioquia's coffee-growing tradition.

The tour is led by bilingual guides who speak Spanish or English, enabling travelers from around the world to fully enjoy this cultural experience.
