If you miss the tour (NO SHOW) on the day one reschedule is allowed. Contact customer service immediately on the NO SHOW day. The tour can be rescheduled to the same itinerary within 7 days of the original date (limited to confirmed departure dates). A rescheduling fee of KRW 20,000 per person is payable directly to the guide on the new departure day.

You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time).

The main meeting points are Hongdae, Myeongdong, and Dongdaemun, all located within a 5–10 minute walk from the nearest subway station exit.

Lunch is not included in the day tour price. Your guide will recommend local restaurants with an average meal cost of KRW 15,000–20,000 per person, paid directly by the customer. You are also free to choose any other restaurant according to your preference.
A minimum of 8 people are required for this tour. If the minimum group size is not met, you will be notified by email 3 days before departure with a full refund. For specific departure date requirements, we recommend confirming group status with customer service in advance.
