The riverboat is handicap accessible. However, access to the top deck is by stairs only.

Please display your barcoded voucher as your ticket 15 minutes prior to your scheduled boarding time at 101 St Louis St, New Orleans, LA 70130, USA, directly behind JAX Brewery. Our hosts will be stationed outside the vessel to greet guests and scan tickets prior to boarding.
