Finnish design and industry are among the most notable and internationally significant exports from Finland to the world. It touches everything, from architecture to Star Wars, from shipbuilding to Supercell. The Helsinki Design District houses some of the most unique Finnish businesses and buildings, and the Helsinki harbour is part of a long history of shipbuilding, smuggling, prohibition, and more.

This tour takes you through the Punavuori area and through the Design district, ending near exciting shopping options, art galleries, restaurants, and bars. Let us show you!

Required fitness level: about 5 km walking.
If you have restricted mobility, please contact us before the tour.
The guide will be waiting for you on the pedestrian street Keskuskatu, between the department store Stockmann and the Marimekko store. You will recognise the guide by the Orkney flag they're holding (red with a yellow-blue cross).
