The Rando Aqua is the flagship activity of the Verdon . The only possibility of visiting the Great Gorges by swimming, it is the essential activity of the region.

The course is then a succession of swims in large pools of water, passages of small rapids and is punctuated by a few jumps for the intrepid, the rapids to be crossed are of low and progressive difficulty. Unlike canyoning, Aqua trekking is not a vertical activity, it does not require a rope and all obstacles can be avoided. During your descent, you will take turns swimming in large pools of turquoise water, passages of small rapids for the fun side and a few jumps for the more daring.
