Discover this aerial course that takes you to the very tip of Cap de Sormiou.
Abseiling, climbing, and a zip-line in a sea cave are on the agenda for this extraordinary adventure!
Embark on an adventure on a via cordata route nestled in the heart of the Calanques National Park. Discover the rich flora and fauna, as well as the history and challenges surrounding this National Park.
You will have the privilege of being able to access the extreme tip of Cap Sormiou, usually accessible only to experienced climbers, and of being able to swim in the blue lagoon at the bottom of the Capelan sea cave!
This route is suitable for everyone aged 10 and up. It requires the ability to walk on trails and to complete easy climbing sections.
There will be several stops for swimming. This is a great opportunity to cool off, for example in the blue lagoon at the back of the cave.
After meeting at the Decathlon Bonneveine parking lot, we can carpool to Calanque de Sormiou.
Once in the cove's parking lot (paid – €10), we can go through the safety briefing and put on our gear before we can start the activity!
The route consists of a 20-minute approach walk, a section of roped aerial hike, a traverse climbing section followed by a short 5m rappel allowing us to reach the extreme tip of Cap du Bec de Sormiou.
The rest of the course is more fun, with a zip-line just above the sea followed by a second zip-line in a sea cave and a 20-meter rappel.
The walk back to the parking lot takes 20 minutes.

- Parking fee for the activity (€10 in cash - only if you park your vehicle. Included if you carpool with the instructor)
