Osnabrück, 1350. At first, it was just rumors, but now the citizens' worst fears have come true – the plague is in the city. Is this the end of all days? Far too many innocent souls will perish. Young and old, rich and poor… so action must be taken quickly!
Fortunately, a trained plague doctor is in town. For the past few days, the traveling medicus has been staying in Osnabrück before continuing his journey through the land to find an antidote to the plague. Hurry and follow him, for mere talk, even fear, can weaken the spirit and corrupt the body!
The plague doctor will take you on a journey back to the Dark Ages, a time when poor hygiene and superstition shaped everyday life. Learn how the Black Death ravaged Osnabrück and which idioms still recall it to this day.
