Experience Kiel from a bird's eye view! Hover over the city and the fjord for 30 minutes – a sightseeing flight that will take your breath away and give you unforgettable views.
Ready for your air adventure over Kiel?
You'll get a warm welcome at the airfield – the anticipation is already in the air. After a brief introduction to the fascinating world of the gyrocopter, you'll learn how this special flying machine flies safely and stably through so-called autorotation. A quick safety briefing will make you feel completely comfortable.
Then you slip into your flight suit, put on the helmet with intercom – and you're ready for your experience. We'll radio the air traffic controller and leave the circuit. Now your adventure takes off!
You'll hover over the rooftops of Kiel and discover impressive sights from the air: the St. Nicholas Church, the Town Hall Tower, the Port of Kiel, and the naval port with the Gorch Fock. You'll see the lock system on the Kiel Canal, the Kiel Line, and numerous sailing ships and yachts on the fjord. The beach of Schilksee is below you, and with a little luck you'll even spot porpoises or dolphins in the Baltic Sea. A special highlight is Kiel Week – a spectacular spectacle of sailing, water, and festival atmosphere from the air.
And best of all, you can extend your flight time at any time during the experience if you just can't get enough of this extraordinary aerial view.
After about 30 minutes of impressions and emotions, we'll head back to the airfield. You'll land not only safely, but also with a big grin and a heart full of new memories.
