Seat selection is not available; seating is shared with other guests. Staff will arrange the best possible seating based on the day's passenger count and booking order.

After exchanging your ticket, it is a 5-minute walk to the pier. Walk straight onto the bridge until you reach a fork; Pier A is on the right side of the fork. Look for the designated boarding point for "Ocean Sky."
★★★ Please exchange your ticket and board at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled session time.
★★★ Ticket exchange closes 20 minutes after the scheduled start time; boarding will no longer be possible. If you arrive within 20 minutes of the start time, you may board via a speedboat at your own expense.
★★★ Please be sure to check your location and the distance to the destination in advance. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable on the day of the event.
