Set sail from Corfu's Old Port, viewing historic landmarks like Vidos Island, the Old Fortress, Garitsa Bay, and Mouse Island. Enjoy sunset hues accompanied by Greek tunes, before return to port.
The cruise starts at the Old port of Corfu. We head south – on our left we can see the historic island of Vidos, and on our right we can see the Old City of Corfu Town and the famous Venetian walls Mouragia. Continuing south we pass by the Old Fortress of Corfu, again built by the Venetians in the 1500’s.
Next, we can see the largest bay of Corfu (Garitsa Bay).
Locals call it the Monte Carlo of Corfu because of the
amount of yachts and sailboats present. At the end of
Garitsa bay you can see Corfus only windmill, and
next along the coast is the Palace of Mon Repo,
famous for its royal visits. We continue South to see the Monastery of Vlaherena, and find ourselves infront of the
world famous Mouse Island. As the Sun goes down, Greek music plays aboard our boat really setting a beautiful mood.
Turning around, we sail past the beautifully lit Old City of Corfu Town and the Old Fortress, and moor once again at the
port.
