• Comfortable walking shoes and casual clothing are advisable
• Please note that during the booking process, you must provide this mandatory information for each participant: name, surname, ID number, nationality, age and sex
• Due to Alhambra entrance policies, tickets will have clients name printed on them
• Times may vary depending on Alhambra policy; the local partner will contact you to confirm the exact starting time 7 days before the activity starts
• Clients will need to carry their passport/ID with them during Alhambra visit, as monument staff may require client's identification
• On the day of the tour, every participant needs to present a passport or ID in order to enter the monument
• Be prepared for hot weather
• No-shows or late arrivals will lose the right to their visit and forfeit the cost of the tour
