Start by checking in at the meeting point and getting set up with your equipment. Staff will provide a basic safety briefing and a quick introduction to the paddleboard and gear so you know how to handle the board, keep your balance, and stay safe on the water. You’ll receive all essential equipment, including a paddle, life jacket, and safety gear.

Once you’re ready, step onto your board and begin your self-guided session. Paddle out, find your rhythm, and choose how you want to spend your time—cruising along the coast, practicing turns, or simply enjoying the sun and sea breeze. With a small maximum group size, you can keep things relaxed and unhurried.

After 1.5 hours, return to the starting point to hand back your equipment. It’s a simple, flexible way to add a memorable water experience to your time in Cádiz—no transport, no set route, just you, your board, and the sea.
