Descripción

Discover Iceland’s Golden Circle and South Coast on a 3-day tour with a Chinese guide. Visit the iconic Golden Circle. Explore the South Coast, natural ice cave, and Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon.
Day 1: Our journey begins at Thingvellir National Park. Thingvellir is also the only place where you can walk between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates, surrounded by dramatic lava fields, rock formations, and clear waterfalls.
Next, we visit the Geysir Geothermal Area, known for steaming vents and erupting hot springs. The most famous geyser, Strokkur, erupts every 5–7 minutes, shooting water up to 30 meters into the air.
We then stop at the beautiful Brúarfoss Waterfall, famous for its vivid blue water flowing through dark volcanic rocks, a perfect place for photos.
The final Golden Circle stop is Gullfoss, one of Iceland’s most iconic waterfalls.
Afterward, we continue along the South Coast to Seljalandsfoss, where in good weather, you can walk behind the 60-meter waterfall for a unique view. In the evening, we pass through the seaside village of Vík before arriving in the quiet countryside near Kirkjubæjarklaustur, where we stay overnight.

Day 2:Today we head to the famous Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, where blue icebergs break off from Breiðamerkurjökull Glacier and drift slowly toward the Atlantic Ocean. From May to September, you can join an optional boat tour among the floating ice. Seals are sometimes seen swimming in the lagoon.
Nearby is Diamond Beach, where shining ice chunks wash up onto black volcanic sand, creating one of Iceland’s most magical sights.
In the afternoon, we visit Skaftafell, part of Vatnajökull National Park, where glaciers, waterfalls, mossy hills, and black rock cliffs meet in one landscape. If conditions allow, you may hike toward Svartifoss, framed by impressive basalt columns.
Our final stop is Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon, a deep and winding green canyon with a river flowing below. Tonight we stay again near Kirkjubæjarklaustur at Hotel Geirland.
Glacier Lagoon boat tours are available only from May to September.
In winter, Day 2 includes the Vatnajökull blue ice cave; in summer, the Katla ice cave is visited on Day 3.

Day 3: South Coast Highlights and Return to Reykjavik
We travel through the moss-covered Eldhraun Lava Field, one of the largest lava fields ever created by a volcanic eruption. The guide will explain its dramatic history.
In summer, we visit the Katla Ice Cave near Vík, the only natural blue ice cave accessible in Iceland during this season. Its dark blue ice and layered textures create an unforgettable underground world.
Next, we stop at Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, famous for its black shoreline, basalt columns, and the striking Reynisdrangar sea stacks rising from the ocean.
We then visit Skógafoss, one of Iceland’s most legendary waterfalls. You can climb the stairs to the top for stunning views of Eyjafjallajökull Glacier and the surrounding landscapes.
Finally, we drive back to Reykjavík, arriving around 18:00–19:00, ending this unforgettable 3-day journey through Iceland’s land of fire and ice.
