Upon arrival, be greeted by local hosts who will introduce you to the local area, its history, and its passion for organic winemaking. Then, head to the vineyard, which sets the tone for the day — where tradition, nature, and craftsmanship come together.

Then comes the highlight — grape stomping the traditional way. Barefoot in wooden barrels, surrounded by panoramic vineyard views, take part in this joyful ritual that celebrates the harvest season. It’s playful, immersive, and full of laughter — a true connection to centuries-old Italian winemaking traditions.

After working up an appetite, indulge in a tasting of 10 organic wines produced directly on the estate, a full 5-course lunch, thoughtfully paired with the vineyard’s finest selections, and time to relax and soak in the serene countryside atmosphere.
