There's a 90-minute free waiting period after your flight lands. Delays beyond this time incur a 5000JPY/h overtime fee.
If you do not meet the driver after 90min and we are unable to contact you, our driver have the right to leave with no refund.
If there’s any change in your flight schedule, let us know at least 24h prior. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
We schedule pickups based on your flight's landing time. If you specify a pickup time, driver will only wait for 30min.
