During the art therapy and creativity development class, the client will be welcomed into a cozy atmosphere with soft music and relaxing aromas that invite them to disconnect from everyday stress. At the start, they will be guided through a brief meditation to connect with their emotions and release tension. Then, they will be presented with various art materials such as watercolors, pastels, clay, and acrylics, so that they can freely choose which one they want to express themselves with.
The activity will take place in a safe space where the creative process is valued, not the final result. As the client begins to create, they will be encouraged to explore shapes, colors, and textures that represent their inner state or simply inspire them. The facilitator will offer verbal support and reflective questions to foster an emotional connection with the work.
At the end, there will be a moment where the client can, if they wish, talk about their experience and what emerged during the creation. This stage allows them to become aware of emotions, release blocks, and enhance self-expression. The class ends with a brief relaxation, and the client will take away not only their artistic creation, but also a sense of well-being, self-discovery, and inner renewal.
