• Travel time is about 30–40 mins each way.
• Opening hours: Thursday–Tuesday, 10:00–21:00. Closed on Wednesdays except public and school holidays.
• In cases of thunder or lightning, Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur may pause operations, close early, or delay opening.
• If you’re unable to complete your rides due to weather, you may revalidate your tickets at the ticketing counter. Revalidated tickets are valid for one month from the original visit date. Please keep your Luge and/or HyFly ticket.
• The Luge, Skyride, and HyFly Zipline will continue to operate in light drizzle or rain.
• Children under 2 years old or below 85cm are not allowed on any activities.
• Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
• Luge: Minimum height 110cm to ride alone; 85–110cm may ride tandem with an adult.
• Skyride: Riders 135cm+ may ride alone; 85–135cm must ride with an adult (18+ and at least 150cm tall).
• No re-entry once you leave the venue.
