From Kuala Lumpur: Melaka Tour & Port Dickson Sunset Cruise

Begin with pickup from your Kuala Lumpur hotel and travel south to Melaka, one of Malaysia’s most important heritage cities. Once a major trading port, Melaka reflects centuries of Malay, Portuguese, Dutch, British, Chinese, and Indian influence through its architecture, food, places of worship, and riverside streets.

Start your exploration around the colorful Dutch Square, where you can see Christ Church, the Stadthuys, the clock tower, and surrounding colonial buildings. Continue toward St. Paul’s Hill, where the ruins of St. Paul’s Church offer a glimpse into Melaka’s Portuguese and Dutch history.

Walk down toward A Famosa, one of the surviving remains of the Portuguese fortress, before continuing through the historic city center.

Enjoy time around Jonker Street, known for traditional shop houses, cafés, local snacks, antiques, souvenirs, and a lively heritage atmosphere. Continue to the Melaka River area, where old buildings, bridges, murals, and riverside walkways show how the city has developed around the water.

In the afternoon, leave Melaka and travel north toward the coastal town of Port Dickson. Arrive at the marina with time for registration and boarding before the evening cruise.

Board the vessel and enjoy a relaxing sunset cruise along the Port Dickson coastline. Feel the sea breeze, watch the sky change color, and enjoy views of the coastline as daylight fades over the Strait of Malacca.

After returning to the marina, meet your driver and relax during the journey back to Kuala Lumpur.
