5:00 PM – Welcome to Chems Ayour
Enjoy a warm welcome and take your seat at a beautiful table. Your host will introduce you to this sensory experience, designed for both wine lovers and those who are curious to discover the treasures of Moroccan winemaking.
5:15 pm – A journey into the heart of Moroccan wines and gastronomy
Discover a selection of wines from the Moroccan terroir: Médaillon Blanc, Château Roslane Blanc, Médaillon Rosé and Tandem Rouge. Each wine reveals a unique character, ranging from freshness to roundness, delicacy and spicy notes.
To enhance this tasting experience, savor six savory Moroccan creations, prepared in small gourmet portions:
- Eggplant confit with chermoula: a tender roll with walnuts, fresh herbs and preserved lemon.
- Four-cheese mini cigar: a golden, crispy pastry filled with melted cheeses, including Moroccan jben.
- Maakouda with herbs: a delicate potato pancake flavored with cumin and coriander.
- Mini chicken pastilla with almonds: a subtle combination of saffron chicken, toasted almonds and cinnamon.
- Mini tagine of whiting keftas: tender fish meatballs with chermoula, accompanied by a tomato sauce with olives and preserved lemon.
- Tanjia Marrakchia: beef slow-cooked in spices, served with a tuile of traditional tafarnout bread.

Continue your exploration with a sensory game focused on aromas. Learn to recognize fruity, floral and spicy notes, share your impressions and choose your favorite wine.
6:25 p.m. – A sweet treat with the flavors of the Souss region
Conclude your gastronomic journey with a creamy berkouks with amlou, honey and toasted almonds, accompanied by a Muscat de Rivesaltes.
6:35 p.m. – A touch of Moroccan tradition
Extend this convivial moment to the sound of Gnawa musicians. Let yourself be carried away by the rhythms of the guembri, the songs and the qraqeb, and then take part in an introduction to percussion in an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.

Drop-off at your hotel, depending on the transportation option booked.
