INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE
Pickup time is confirmed between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM based on wind and weather conditions. Once the safest flying window is identified, we'll send your exact pickup time via WhatsApp in advance.
Paragliding is weather-dependent, and the final safety call rests with your certified pilot. If conditions are unsafe, you have three options: rebook for another day, switch to a different time slot the same day if conditions improve, or receive a full refund.
Maximum weight: 120 kg (please inform us in advance if you weigh over 100 kg).
No maximum age; minimum age/size assessed on-site by the pilot.

Cancelaciones
Esta excursión se puede cancelar sin costo alguno hasta :tiempo de cancelación horas antes del inicio del viaje. Si lo cancela después de 24 horas o no se presenta en la excursión, se le cobrará el precio total de la actividad. El retraso en la recogida o en la salida se considerará como no presentarse.
