Start your adventure with a drive from Kathmandu to Tarkeghyang via Melamchi Bazaar through the scenic Helambu region. The peaceful forest trail offers fresh mountain air and beautiful surroundings. Overnight stay at a local teahouse.
Begin the next day before sunrise and hike to the sacred Ama Yangri Peak (3,771 m), one of the finest viewpoints in the Helambu region. Enjoy breathtaking sunrise views over Langtang, Ganesh Himal, Dorje Lakpa, Jugal Himal, Gaurishankar, Manaslu, and surrounding peaks. Return to Base Camp for breakfast before trekking back to Tarkeghyang for an overnight stay.
