Tour with Peter: In a small group (up to 6 people - also possible privately), we start with hotel pick-up around 10 am from Munich (Sunday & public holiday 11 am - due to church services) and drive through the charming landscape of the Alpine foothills. Even from the car, you can enjoy wide views over the Allgäu, rolling hills, forests, and idyllic villages. The first highlight is the UNESCO World Heritage Pilgrimage Church of Wies near Steingaden – a Rococo masterpiece that touches culture, soul, and senses alike with Baroque splendor and heavenly harmony. Peter comes from the area and will tell you a lot about the Wieskirche! Then the route continues to the traditional Andechs monastery brewery, where beer enjoyment, lively history, and Bavarian hospitality await you. On site, you can explore the church, monastery, brewery, or dining options on your own. Sometimes, the monastery also offers guided tours. A day full of scenery, culture, and enjoyment – personally accompanied by Peter.
