Hike to the top of Fjellheisen with a local guide from Tromsø. Enjoy panoramic views of the city and learn about local nature. ITS A STEEP HIKE!
Meet your guide at Ishavskatedralen in Tromsdalen and begin your hike up Fjellheisen. Walk slowly towards the start of the Sherpatrappa, using special ice spikes. Stay safe and out of risk of avalanche with your guide.
It takes about 1-2 hours to reach the top, stopping along the way to admire the views of Tromsø. Once at the top, enjoy a break and take stunning pictures.
Learn from your guide about how locals take care of the nature and how to move in rough terrain. Take in the breathtaking views of Tromsø from above before heading back down.
Bring a bag, a bottle of water and some extra clothes.
Please bring hiking poles if NOT used to walking in STEEP terrain. You can rent it from the city center.
This is a good workout for those who like to move and hike.
