You will enjoy Arequipa from the water with this activity. You can go rafting on the Chili River and experience with your family the descent of the rapids, an adventure in fresh water!
We will pick you up from your hotel in Arequipa at the chosen time and, after a 20-minute drive, we will head out into the Peruvian wilderness for an authentic aquatic experience.
We will make a brief stop to change into our equipment and then we will head to the Gruta de la Virgen de Chapí de Charcani, located in the Chilina Valley. There we will receive a brief introduction before boarding the boats to start the trip.
For about forty-five minutes, we will navigate through rapids of intermediate difficulty, and immersed in the Chili River we will enjoy descents, curves and sections with more and less slope. It will be a 6-kilometre journey in which we will enjoy with the family one of the most popular areas of Peru for rafting enthusiasts.
At the end of the experience, we will rest while we have a snack, and then we will return to Arequipa. We will conclude the activity by taking you back to your hotel, where we will arrive three hours after pick-up.
