The tour departs from Huacachina (Lot D7, Huacachina Hop base) with an official tourism guide who speaks Spanish and English. First stop: Cachiche, the village Ica knows for its witches. Beside the famous Palm of Seven Heads, your guide tells the legend of la bruja de Cachiche — the healer whose story still shapes local identity — and points out the details most day-trippers walk past.

From there you head into the vineyards. At Bodega Nieto and Bodega Catador you'll see the traditional pisco-making process — clay tinajas, copper stills, hand-pressed grapes — and taste a flight of 4+ piscos and wines, including varieties you won't find outside the region.

The full route runs about 2 hours and returns to Huacachina, in time for the oasis at sunset.
