Discover the best of Cusco and the Andes on a 2-day tour. Explore the city’s cultural highlights and hike to the stunning Humantay Lagoon, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views.
Begin your adventure with a visit to the San Pedro Market, the heart of local life in Cusco. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere, where you can admire Andean products, traditional aromas, and the warmth of the people.
Next, explore the main archaeological and colonial attractions of the city, including the Temple of the Sun – Qoricancha, Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Puca Pucara, and Tambomachay. After the tour, return to your hotel.
On the second day, head north of Cusco to the town of Mollepata, where you’ll enjoy a typical Andean breakfast. Continue to Soraypampa, the starting point of the hike to the magical Humantay Lagoon.
During the hike, take in breathtaking views of the snow-capped Salkantay and Humantay mountains, sacred symbols of the Andes. At the top, enjoy free time to take photos and connect with nature.
Descend to Soraypampa and return to Mollepata for a buffet lunch. Return to Cusco in the afternoon.
