For Departure Meet & Greet Service, the service will begin three (3) hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time. For example, if your flight departs at 3:00 PM, the service will commence at 12:00 PM, and guests are required to arrive at the airport at that time.
We will only serve the number of guests stated in the original booking. If additional guests arrive beyond the confirmed number, we reserves the right to reject service for the excess guests without refund.
A no-show will be recorded if guests fail to arrive within 30 minutes of the confirmed service time, and full charges will apply.
In the event of flight delays exceeding two (2) hours from the scheduled arrival or departure time (STA/STD), the Meet & Greet service will be forfeited.

- Arrival Services (subject to selected package): Be welcomed at the arrival gate by our Personal Assistant with a personalised welcome placard and escort you through the designated immigration counter (where applicable), accompany you to the baggage claim area (porter service is not included), and escort you to your pre-arranged transportation pick-up point. Service duration: up to 2 hours.
- Departure Services (subject to selected package): Be welcomed by our Personal Assistant at the designated passenger drop-off zone, assist with your baggage at the curbside (porter service is not included ), escort you through the designated security screening and/or immigration checkpoint (where applicable), and accompany you to your airline lounge (if eligible or purchased separately) or your boarding gate. Service duration: up to 3 hours.

Cancelaciones
Esta excursión se puede cancelar sin costo alguno hasta :tiempo de cancelación horas antes del inicio del viaje. Si lo cancela después de 24 horas o no se presenta en la excursión, se le cobrará el precio total de la actividad. El retraso en la recogida o en la salida se considerará como no presentarse.
