Welcome & Orientation
Meet your guide and start your experience with 110ml pour of welcome drink, the Princesa Blonde Ale. Then enjoy a short 10minutes story about brewery's history.

You experience in the cozy, art-filled taproom, where you are greeted by the passionate team behind the "Ayahay" craft beer line—a local word meaning "relaxed". You'll settle in for an engaging Craft Beer 101 session that breaks down the fundamentals of beer-making, from selecting natural grains and hops to incorporating unique native ingredients.

Brewery Walkthrough
Next, step behind the scenes into the active brewhouse. Through interactive presentations and up-close guided walk-throughs to brewing process and see where the magic happens and you'll see how small-batch brewing works from start to finish, get an up-close look their equipment, fermentation tanks, and bottling area.
