With our host, you'll learn the foundations of cocktail balance — how sweetness, acidity, strength, and dilution work together — plus how different techniques and tools (shaking vs. stirring, jiggers, strainers, and proper ice) shape texture, aroma, and flavor. You’ll also discover how garnish is more than decoration: it can transform the scent, enhance the first sip, and elevate presentation. Then you’ll create two signature cocktails hands-on, step by step, in a relaxed, social bar setting using our award-winning gin and carefully selected ingredients. Along the way you’ll pick up practical tips you can reuse at home, ask questions, and enjoy the atmosphere of a true craft bar—perfect for an early evening plan before dinner or a night out in Warsaw.
