Begin your journey with a visit to Poiana Brașov, Romania's most popular mountain resort. Nestled at the foot of the Postăvaru Massif in the Southern Carpathians, this resort is renowned for its world-class ski slopes and modern cable car infrastructure.

Next, head to the Belvedere Parking, a well-known scenic viewpoint situated on the winding road (DN1E) that connects the city of Brașov to Poiana Brașov. Continue to the Libearty Bear Sanctuary in Zărnești, the largest brown bear sanctuary in the world. Spanning 69 hectares of oak forest, it houses over 100 bears rescued from captivity, providing them with a natural environment complete with pools and medical care.
