Cycle 17 km along rural roads in Atiquizaya to the Malacatiupán thermal waterfall. Enjoy a guided route at a beginner-intermediate level, with scenery, breaks, and time at the waterfall.
Start your adventure at our base in Atiquizaya, where you will receive a mountain bike, helmet and protective glasses. Before setting off, your guide will adjust your gear and explain the safety measures, the correct use of the bike, and the main features of the route.
Cycle approximately 17 kilometers along rural roads and trails surrounded by vegetation, crops, and landscapes typical of western El Salvador. During the ride, you'll encounter moderate climbs and different types of terrain, always accompanied by a tour guide who will set the pace for the group. You'll also take strategic breaks to rest, hydrate, and take photos.
The main destination will be the Malacatiupán thermal waterfall, one of the most special natural attractions in Atiquizaya. Upon arrival, you'll have time to admire the waterfall, enjoy its warm waters, and take photos of the place before starting the drop-off ride.
The route is of a basic-intermediate level and is designed so that you can enjoy it without being a professional cyclist. The full experience lasts approximately four hours and combines physical activity, nature, rural landscapes, and a visit to a unique thermal waterfall in El Salvador.
