High-water rafting season: This experience operates during the high-water season (mid-January to July), when the Zambezi River is powerful and fast-flowing, offering a true big-water rafting adventure.
An average level of fitness is required. Guests should be comfortable with physical activity, including a steep hike into and out of the Batoka Gorge.
Minimum age: 12 years and above, strictly enforced for safety reasons.

A valid passport is required on the day of the activity, especially for cross-border pick-ups between Livingstone (Zambia) and Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe). Guests are responsible for obtaining the correct visa.
