Descripción
Go beyond the classic Cusco city tour: explore Qoricancha, Sacsayhuaman and more Inca sites, meet rescued Andean condors at Cochahuasi, and discover Pisac's terraces and artisan traditions.
Discover a different way to experience Cusco and the Sacred Valley on a full-day small-group journey connecting three sides of the Andes: remarkable Inca heritage, wildlife conservation and living local traditions.
After pickup from your hotel in Cusco Historic Center, begin at Qoricancha, the legendary Temple of the Sun. Discover the precision of Inca stonework and see how different chapters of Cusco's history come together within this extraordinary site.
Continue into the hills above Cusco to explore Sacsayhuaman and its monumental stone architecture. From here, follow the archaeological route through Q'enqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay, discovering ceremonial spaces, carved stonework and ancient water features while your guide brings their history to life.
Then leave the conventional sightseeing circuit behind and continue to Cochahuasi Wildlife Sanctuary. Here the experience turns toward one of the most emblematic animals of the Andes: the Andean condor. Observe rescued condors in the sanctuary's care and learn about their rehabilitation and conservation. Other rescued wildlife may also be present, although sightings of specific species cannot be guaranteed.
Continue into the Sacred Valley and stop at Taray Viewpoint, where the landscape opens across mountains and the valley below. Enjoy the panorama, take photographs and use this scenic break to eat the box lunch or prepared meal you have brought with you.
Continue to Pisac Archaeological Park, spectacularly positioned above the Sacred Valley. Walk among agricultural terraces and archaeological structures while discovering how Inca architecture was integrated into the mountain landscape.
After exploring the park, descend to Pisac Pueblo and discover the region's living heritage at a local artisan workshop. During a traditional silver and gold jewelry-making demonstration, observe local artisans at work and learn how precious metals are transformed into handcrafted pieces. Purchases are entirely optional.
After a day connecting Inca architecture, Andean wildlife conservation, Sacred Valley landscapes and living craftsmanship, return comfortably to Cusco. All scheduled entrance fees are included.
