Enjoy the best Gold experience with Hotel Isla Del Encanto, VIP services for our customers, we offer complimentary hotel pickup in the morning from 7:00 am (Bocagrande, Laguito, Castillogrande, North Zone, hotels on Av. Santander) (upon confirmation), transportation in Triton speedboats.
You will be greeted by a butler with a glass of champagne and directed to the areas reserved exclusively for this service. The butler will be with you at all times. You may use the exclusive areas except for the rooms.
Activities such as kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding are included free of charge. Use of the jacuzzis is available with prior reservation. Lunch will be served at our restaurant Don Juancho and will consist of three courses (starter, main course, dessert) with one non-alcoholic drink included.
Three-hour open bar from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Arrival at the bodeguita pier, door number three (3)** between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. Boat departure at 8:00 a.m. Return to Cartagena at 3:00 p.m.

Please confirm your hotel 24 hours in advance of the tour to schedule pickup and transfer (hotel-pier). We do not return to hotels in the afternoon. Please note that we offer this service at hotels located in Bocagrande, Laguito, Castillogrande, Zona Norte (hotels located on Av. Santander).
Muelle de la Bodeguita, historic center, enter through door number 3, ask the staff at the door for Isla Del Encanto.

À la carte lunch at Don Juancho, Donatello, or Chipi Chipi restaurant: appetizer, main course, dessert, soft drink, glass of wine, coffee, herbal tea, etc.
