For more than 200 years, the Goiburu family has been making D.O. Idiazabal shepherd's cheese in a completely artisanal way in Ondarre, a mid-16th-century farmhouse in the medieval heart of Segura.
On our guided visit to Ondarre, we show you everything: our Latxa sheep, the barn, the cheese factory, the museum, and we finish with the best food tasting of Idiazabal D.O. Cheese from the Basque Country.
