Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 16 years old to ride the jet ski. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes and swimwear. Water shoes or flip-flops are recommended.
Weather Conditions: The activity may be canceled or rescheduled in case of bad weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain or high winds).
Safety: All participants will receive a life jacket and a safety briefing before the activity.
Health Restrictions: Participants should be in good health and free from any physical conditions that may interfere with the activity.
Personal Items: We recommend leaving valuables at your accommodation, as we cannot guarantee the safety of personal belongings during the ride.
If we cancel the activity due to weather, technical issues, or operational reasons, customers will receive a full refund or an alternative date/activity, subject to availability.
The meeting point is located at Playa del Inglés beach, right next to the Red Cross station. Look for the Yamaha flags and all the jet skis and pedal boats in the area. Our staff, wearing bright uniforms or safety vests, will be easy to spot and ready to assist you. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete the check-in process.

Si lo cancela después de 24 horas o no se presenta en la excursión, se le cobrará el precio total de la actividad. El retraso en la recogida o en la salida se considerará como no presentarse.
