Nerja: Rio Verde Canyoning Experience with Snacks

Experience the thrill of canyoning in the stunning Rio Verde Canyon. Jump, descend, and climb through crystal-clear waters, and enjoy a picnic with locally sourced snacks and a drink.
Meet in Nerja in the morning, ( also in La Herradura, Almuñecar or Otivar, ( Granada) and from there, take a van to the starting point in a protected area of the Sierra de Tejeda, Almijara, and Alhama Natural Park. Load the equipment and begin walking the path that you’ll later descend by canyoning down the river. (

Once at the top, have a snack, put on your wetsuit, and take your first swim. Your guide will tell you everything you may encounter on the way, so you don’t have to do the jumps if you don’t feel comfortable (there's always an alternative route, in case you suffer from vertigo). Additionally, there are springs on the way from which you can drink water directly. Learn the proper technique when rappelling, how to slide down the slides, plus any other important instructions.

With the support and instruction of your guide, begin the descent of the canyon and feel the adrenaline pump. Experience several meters-high jumps, the feeling of merging with nature’s exuberance as you pass through the river, the camaraderie of connecting with your group of fellow trekkers, and above all, the feeling of overcoming obstacles – the satisfaction of challenging yourself and succeeding.

After finishing the descent with the final jump (about 2-3 hours), return to the van to have a great picnic with locally produced snacks, a beer, and talk about the high of having completed the experience. Then, head back to the meeting point in Nerja.

Si lo cancela después de 24 horas o no se presenta en la excursión, se le cobrará el precio total de la actividad. El retraso en la recogida o en la salida se considerará como no presentarse.
