The evening begins with a glass of local bubbly and a classic small Swiss appetizer.
For the highlight of the evening, experience a proper Swiss cheese fondue like a local. Gather around the "caquelon" (the fondue pot) where rich, melted Swiss cheese awaits – perfect for dipping fresh cubes of bread. The meal is paired with a handpicked local Swiss wine.
The finale is a typical sweet dessert: delicate Swiss meringue with freshly whipped cream, offering a delightful contrast to the savory fondue.
