Before reaching the lake, a Maasai guide will join you, sharing the ecological wonders and cultural significance of Lake Natron and the sacred volcano Ol Doinyo Lengai. Stroll along the lakeshore and marvel at the sight of thousands of flamingos shimmering against the water’s edge.
Continue on to a remarkable archaeological site where 10,000-year-old human footprints have been preserved in volcanic ash.
