Join a dynamic 90-minute session led by experienced Thai trainers who will guide you through the fundamentals of Muay Thai, also known as the “Art of Eight Limbs.”
Begin with a warm-up and light conditioning, then move on to technique training, including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Practice pad work with professional trainers and, if you want, try light sparring.
Finish with a cool down and stretching. Train just like real fighters do, but at your own pace.
