The tour operates as two separate programs: Full-Day City Tour and Sunset VIP Experience.
Depending on weather and operational conditions, one of the two waterfalls may be canceled or replaced during the tour program.
The tour guide may provide free time at selected meeting and sightseeing points, allowing guests to explore the area independently.
Information during transportation is provided in multiple languages in rotation, depending on the guest nationalities participating in the tour. For groups with fewer than 5 participants, guiding service is provided only in English.
The Sunset option does not include a boat trip. In this experience, the guide completes the program by providing free time at selected panoramic and sightseeing locations.
