Guests must arrive at the meeting point no later than 15 minutes before the tour start time. Under 7 years old children has to bring ID Card or Passport to get free ticket for Hagia Sophia. The tour will depart punctually at the scheduled time without waiting for latecomers.
A dress code applies at Hagia Sophia.
On Fridays, Hagia Sophia is closed between 12:00 and 2:30 pm.
