Throughout the day, rest breaks and a lunch are included to keep you energized. Pets are welcome, and a professional on-site team will take care of your animal at the facility throughout the tour and return them safely at the end.

We recommend bringing swimwear for swimming during the tour day and warm, dry clothing for changing, especially in winter months. Buggy, Quad, Zipline, and Jeep Safari activities are offered as optional extras. Guests who book rafting only may purchase additional activities at the facility for an extra fee, subject to availability. Buggy and quad vehicles are shared by two participants; guests under 18 years old are not permitted to drive, and drivers cannot be changed during the tour. The tour guide provides information only at designated stops and does not give continuous commentary during the activities. Guests who join rafting only must wait for the group at the facility for the return transfer and may spend free time on site. The activity duration, excluding transfers, is approximately 7–8 hours and may vary depending on weather and operational conditions. Pickup times and transfer durations differ by hotel; minibuses may stop at multiple hotels and waiting times may occur.
