The route was created around the experience of driving: sweeping curves, elevation changes, long stretches of open road, and winding two-lane countryside where the Slingshot really comes alive.

Clermont sits along Florida’s unique central ridge, giving this part of the state a landscape that surprises many first-time visitors. Instead of endless flat terrain, encounter rolling hills, distant lake views, tree-lined roads, ranch land, citrus country, and stretches of rural Florida that feel miles away from the attractions of Orlando.

As you continue toward Montverde and the surrounding Lake County countryside, the scenery becomes part of the adventure. Roads rise and fall through green landscapes, curve around lakes, and disappear beneath canopies of mature trees. One moment you may have an expansive view across the countryside; the next you’re dropping into another bend with open road stretching ahead.

There are fewer scheduled stops than on other curated rides because this experience is designed for guests who want to drive.
