The boarding deck is wheelchair accessible, but stairs are required for the outer decks
Meet at Pier 3 on the Embarcadero at Washington Street. Your cruise will board at the South Gate on the right-hand side of the pier when facing the water, near the white overhang. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Embarcadero BART Station.
