The Nine Holy Cannons (Cửu Vị Thần Công) Regarded as highly valuable bronze works of art, these ancient cannons were originally situated at the base of the Imperial Citadel, marking the entrance to the Ngo Mon Gate within the imperial city of Hue.

1. The Noon Gate (South Gate or Ngọ Môn Huế), constructed in 1833 in the traditional Vietnamese style under King Minh Mang’s rule, served as a pivotal point for troop movements and ceremonies.

2. The Flag Tower (Kỳ Đài Huế), an architectural marvel of the Nguyen Dynasty situated in the heart of the south face of the Hue Citadel within the Nam Chanh fortress, served as the flag-bearing site for the royal court.

3. The Supreme Harmony Palace (Điện Thái Hòa), located in the Imperial City area of the Hue Citadel, served as the coronation venue for 13 Nguyen kings from Gia Long to Bao Dai, signifying its central importance in feudal regimes.

4. The Nine Dynastic Urns (Cửu Đỉnh Huế), a collection of bronze urns commissioned by Emperor Minh Mang in 1835, graces the front of The Mieu Temple in the Hue Imperial Citadel since its inauguration on March 1, 1837.

5. The Mieu Temple (Thế Miếu Huế), stands as a temple dedicated to worshiping the 10 Kings of the Nguyen Dynasty.

6. Dien Tho Palace (Cung Diên Thọ) The project is large-scale with a large area and intricately carved details in an elegant style. In particular, the interior of the main hall is still preserved quite intact.

7. The Forbidden Purple City (Tử Cấm Thành Huế) was Only reserved for the king and royal family of the Nguyen Dynasty, non-duty officials were not allowed to move freely, and civilians were not allowed to approach.

8. The Kien Trung Palace (Điện Kiến Trung) was built in 1923 by Emperor Khai Dinh, the penultimate ruler of the Nguyen dynasty. Unlike the traditional Vietnamese buildings that surrounded it, the palace was designed in a European style, mixing elements of Italian Renaissance and French classicism.
